Generally it takes up to two weeks to make your jewelry, plus shipping time.

Any watch purchased at Gaines has always carried with a promise on our part to replace the battery in that watch at no charge for the life of the watch. NOW, even if the watch wasn't purchased from us, we will charge the normal fee of $8, and as long as you keep the receipt, we will replace the battery at no charge for the life of the watch. Certain restrictions apply, but not many!
